Larry Triplett - Interim Executive Director
Larry Triplett co-founded Resource Systems, a healthcare software company, in 1980 immediately upon graduating from Muskingum College. He and his business partner built the company over a period of 31 years in which it became the premier provider of software for the nursing home industry. The company was on Inc. Magazine’s list of the fastest growing companies in the nation and was acquired by a public company in 2011.
Mr. Triplett contributes much of his time to the local region and is very involved in helping entrepreneurs and early stage businesses. He was instrumental in founding the East Central Ohio Tech Angel Fund (ECOTAF) and he dedicates time to the local colleges and universities helping to establish a culture of entrepreneurship in the region.
Mr. Triplett is active with the United Way and is past President of the Zanesville-Muskingum Chamber of Commerce and Bethesda Hospital.
Carol Humphreys - Kitchen Incubator Director
Carol is the Executive Director of MCBI's regional kitchen incubator. She served as Executive Director of MCBI since its inception in 2005 until 2014 during which time she developed the MCBI program nothing to a robust and vibrant incubator recognized throughout the state. During her tenure the MCBI has served over 1000 entrepreneurs and grown into a regional incubator serving 10 counties.
Previously Carol was the General Manager of the Holiday Inn in Zanesville and worked for the Zanesville/Muskingum County Chamber of Commerce in the Small Business Development Office. Carol is the Past Chairman of the Muskingum County Workforce Development Board and belonged on the United Way Advisory Board as well as the Advisory Board of Genesis Hospital. She was the Chair of the Muskingum County Operation Feed Campaign for 2005, 2006 and 2007 helping raise over 4 million dollars to feed the hungry and was the 2006 Women of Achievement in Business, award winner. Carol grew up in Indiana and attended Ball State University. She and her husband Charlie live in Philo, Ohio

Sasha Pickrell - Client Engagement Specialist
Sasha joined MCBI in February of 2015 as the Client Engagement Specialist. She coordinates the affiliate client memberships, assists with the marketing efforts and campaigns for MCBI and assists with client services.
Sasha has previously worked for Resource Systems and Cerner as an Application Analyst. She also spent several years at Epicor as a Quality Assurance Analyst. Sasha obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Cincinnati with a focus in Marketing.
Anna Thomas - Kitchen Manager
Anna was born and raised on a small farm just outside of Dresden. She earned a B.A. in Linguistics, ministry, and community development from a small college in MN. Anna also studied in the culinary science program at COTC in Newark and has worked for the last 6 years in a wide variety of operations in the foodservice industry.
Anna has always had a love for food and agriculture. She is excited and proud to be joining a team that is working hard to nurture our small food business clients, not only to achieve their dreams, but also to be a part of sustainable economic growth right here in our community.
